Slide in the right carb was sticking big time. Cleaned it up as well as needle valve and she's muuuuuuuuuch better. I'm going to re-check the valves and sun the carbs and get her straight!

So I check the relay - had power coming in, had power going out BUT it does help to have that power getting to the solenoid! I forgot to hook that one up. Plug it in and she fired right up.

When I put the the engine-end of the shaft in the clutch it seems to go in not much more...

I took the adjusting nut and bolt OUT of the clutch lever to help get lever on the piston all the way to no avail....

How exactly does the "system" work? The push rod just bottoms out and you can just push it in...
