15" wheels are a bit off a limiting factor offroad as is the low ground clearance.

It does look like a sweet urban run around rig.

Not necessarily....you'll note all the Scramblers with fenders have non-knobby tires. That Bangkok Special may not have enough clearance with that fat tire for a fender up front.
