I have mixed feelings about going back. I fear that all of the newness will contaminate my fond memories of youth. But OTOH, it would be awesome to see Spain again. A double-edged sword for sure!

Spray some penetrant into it and work the mechanism. Be careful not to damage your key however. My steering lock was pretty seized up from lack of use.

I'm not going to ride it out there. I'll either trailer it or buy a pickup. I rode my DL650 out there last June. Six thousand miles was enough on that bike. I couldn't imagine it on a DR.
