I just measure the exhaust OD on my 07 Adv, the header is 53mm, the muffler is 56mm where it goes over the header, the OD of the clamp is 60mm.

The nut was really stuck on. Had to keep the heat on between quarter turns; check out the allen key trying to torque back up to 130NM....
