Wow, you guys are quick! I'm glad I have the right gasket, will re-use the fasteners with a bit of blue loctite and the proper torque.

Dropped the oil pan today and cleaned it. No unusual/scary stuff in the pan...oil looked reasonable. A few questions:
1. What is the gasket material supposed to be?
