3 miles uphill on slicks was fun. Oddly enough, there was "better" traction in the icy ruts than on the old snow on the roadside.

Well, I cut some plusses in my half worn 606 rear and it seemed to help hold on slippery side slopes a little better.

It seemed like it hooked up better everywhere also, so I cut them deeper.

I had them resprung and revalved for primary use being supermoto, on bad tarmac, bad dirt...
