I would say there is about 3/4 inch space between flap and tire. Axel is back about 1/2 inch from forward position. 49 tooth sprocket. Not sure about chain length, a size up from stock though.

If it is a WR250R or WR250X, it is fuel injected. All of them are. If it isn't fuel injected, maybe he's talking about a WR250F?
