Do you have quick connects on your fuel lines? Might check out those too. Mine had similar symptoms, found out that one of the connects had loosened up slightly.

I love the TKC 80. Had no problems on wet tarmac, but I havent got more than 6000 km from the rear. After 6000km the rear is pretty useless off road, but there is still some to wear out on tarmac.

Mounted on the bike they are 44 inches wide. Its only 6 inches wider than the handlebars.
