My '07 triple tree hits the frame on a left turn, and I have had to modify the fuel tank around the petcock as well...both pretty minor issues in the grand scheme of things.

'01 LC4 640 rad fan not working

The rad fan does not get activated on my '01 640.
The fan works fine so I assume it is the sensor on the bottom right corner of...

You can take a seat from an e-start model and go to an non e-start model, but I don't think you can go the other way, due to the room needed for the battery.
