agreed.. I put a shorter GS bar on my previous 1100S, but I've never heard of anyone swapping in the other direction.. I'd say your photo shows that it's pretty obvious why.

They don't fall into corners as much as the TKC80s I had...

I wouldn't swear to it, but they look a lot like the Altrider bars I have on my 2011 TB.. Maybe even more likely since it looks like that's their skidplate too..
