Open face helmets shouldn't even be legal to manufacture. There are very light full-face helmets...if you can't take 4 lbs. on your neck then idk what to tell you.

I wouldn't say being "hardcore" correlates with mileage covered as much as it does just being able to ride fast. I try to ride about 10k miles/year..I feel like thats a very healthy amount.

Not really...I mean, not compared to pretty much any N/A sport bike. The power delivery from forced induction is virtually unusable when you dont have a lot of rubber on the road.

you can run over 20 psi on a turbo on a bike and make tons of power and go real fast down a drag strip. you can't go through a corner with that turbocharger kicked in...

Thank you for your input on this. The FZ09 has had my eye ever since it debuted...I know the weaknesses and, correct me if I'm wrong, but they almost fall in line exactly with the SV's weaknesses....
