My dealer said it was a recall and did it on my bike. Both only took about a half an hour. I think the throttle is actually as TSB as Jetspeed said. I haven't received a letter about it.

I have heard stories of dealer filling until it come out the threads of the fill plug....

My '13 GSW only has 8,500 miles and the longest trip was only 3,600 miles but so far no complaints. The transmission does clunk but I wear earplugs and besides it is a wet clutch.
