I've tried to hard wire the remote to deal with the short battery life, but even hard wired it is still dying. I think my contacts keep getting dirty preventing it from charging correctly.

Got a set yesterday. Fit seemed good, they stay in when putting on or removing my helmet which was a concern.

I keep my tracks in a folder in dropbox and use dropsync to sync that with the appropriate folder on the phone for OsmAnd. That way I just save my tracks when I am done creating them and they are on...

I noticed the same thing. I think the tent icon is garmin specific and doesn't have a counterpart in OsmAnd. I haven't found a solution yet.

Thanks. I guess my other option (with gear on hand) would be to take my mesh jacket with it's waterproof liner and a fleece jacket and my mesh pants or Cortech cargo pants.

Not sure if it will work on this tank, but on a different bike I just got the insert hot with a torch and pushed it back in. The plastic melted a bit and held it fine once it cooled.

After playing around some more with OsmAnd and CoPilot, I think I prefer OsmAnd. I found that if I converted my route to a track in BaseCamp before exporting it will follow the roads correctly....
