ok... i set it at the lowest (softest) setting and moved it up 10 turns... too hard so played with it while riding and have got it spot on... thanks for your help guys. love these bikes.

I have never had any problems at all with handleing, i think the bike is fine, after some more miles it may show up but at the moment, i cant fault it.

i paid 6200 for my 09 with only 1000 miles on it. lots of spec and farcles all over it. It was in Northern Ireland, and could belive the saving... Its lovely and is as good if not better than a new...
