Rt. 60 from Rainelle, WV to Rt 19 (New River Gorge) is pretty good too and if you're in that area Rt 66 from Cass, WV to Snowshoe Ski resort is fanastic

I just did this weekend, Rt 16 from Beckley, WV to Marion, VA is excellent. The section from Tazwell to Marion, VA is probably the best in VA......there's also Rt 58

Here's mine. I built it from old Thule rack parts, held at the fork and at the Bottom bracket of the bike. Secured by quick release and bungee cords. Haven't yet had a problem.
