No problems at all.

No problem....I just rode in Spain/France and also in Netherlands and Belgium...carried helmet on with no issue. My Arai fits in the overhead of the larger trans-atlantic planes, but not the smaller...

I would go with a Suzuki SV650...they make great bikes and hold their value well. A Kawi 650KLR is pretty sweet as well. Both inexpensive and reliable.

No, I am not a fan of the CyclePump. I carried it on my Hayabusa, and now on my HD. What I don't like about it is the valve. It doesn't form a very good seal around the stem. Maybe it's just mine.
