If air goes easily into A that would be going...

If air goes easily into A that would be going back into the tank, correct? So that would correct a vacuum. Air sucking out of A is difficult, which would be pressure in the tank going out the line....

The more I think of it, the more I wonder if it was a vacuum. I'll have to check the venting again. I did check it and it appeared to be working fine when I removed the charcoal canister.

Yes, I was able to open the cap. It was under a lot of pressure. So much so that when I first opened it gas sprayed out ALOT. I cracked the gas cap and let a little out at time until the pressure...

The engine was off and fuel pump not running....

The engine was off and fuel pump not running. Both tanks were bubbling up the same. I'll swap the filter and see what happens. Thanks for the info guys.
