I never had a single problem with my 1150 ADV. Highly recommended even I did go for the new 1200 ADV now. I am curious the problems will start now or not.

The problem is very well known at least at German BMW dealers. Go see your dealer, they replace it for free. I heard TT makes the crash bars for BMW and did somehow mess up production (poor material).
