I'm getting full drive, or almost full drive power to the wheel..

Just re-bled.

I would definitely pick up the cable, even if you leave the PCIII on.

I could be wrong, but I think the distinction is in 990 vs 950, not so much ABS / Non ABS. 990's have the ECU behind the grill, 950's located elsewhere.

It's gotta be the jet then, with the hard shifts. (I hope). Honestly the drum and star rotated so freely and smoothly by hand.
