My wife's bike has been leaking oil there for thousands of kms. I may fix it someday. It's really just a nuisance and of no mechanical concern. The loss isn't even enough to show up on the dipstick....

I put one on my wife's F650GS (twin) after reading many positive comments. I was impressed. Ingenious! I did have to grind the remnant of the broken stud a bit to avoid rubbing the chain guard.
