Never had a street tire on my Adv, mostly used Mitas C02 and C19 combination. On the street I could do stoppies with a single disc and motocross tires...

I would never remove a disc if I had a twin disc setup.

Wouldn't recommend changing oil and filters after 50hrs what ever use it gets. Tops 20 hours!

Also 70 degrees model proved to be bulletproof, so '09 and up gets my vote.
