Fritz is right. The beads will help balance a tire, but if the tire is bad or improperly suited to the bike, then no amount of balancing will solve the high speed problems.

Your XR is a little different than the bikes sold in the US obviously because mine does not have an on/off switch for the lights. You may be best to buy a shop manual or have your local Honda dealer...

I think the idea that most of us had was to use a XR600R muffler, which is pretty much a bolt on affair. You used an XR650R muffler and A LOT of handiwork to get that on your XRL.
