I run ATF or 5w40 diesel synthetic in the transmisson now as opposed to the 10w50 $ specified, less drag when cold/startup.

I ran 14/49 on a local dualsport, and side from a few short technical climbs, I would have preferred 15/49 on the highway sections. From my Baja runs, 15/49 or 15/48 is much better given the pace.
