We actually saw less traffic on the Desert to Tall Pines Hwy than the the BDR route due to how many side by sides where on the trail. And i agree, the desert to Tall Pines Hwy is very nice ride.

It was 11 miles south of the Cherry Creek Rd Bailout on 203 when we ran into the tough up hill rocky sections. I was hoping the real tough stuff would be after the bailout but that is not the case....

BEWARE…..there are some problems with with AZBDR. At N 34 30.630 W 111 11.765 the road is closed and dug out. You need to stay on the other forest road to get around it. See picture below…...

Well my first BDR didn't turn out so well. Day one i crashed the ol 800GS on my left ankle and almost broke it. Deep sand on Snow Flats Road did me in. Thanks to Paul "Fakename" for helping me out.
