Flappy rain cover

Got to REI or such and buy 2ft+/- of elastic cord,small diameter.

When you put on your rain cover,put elastic cord under bag,over the top and knot it on top.Keeps rain cover from billowing.

IMHO,the GSW is no better that previous models.Unfortunately most aftermarket suppliers have no seats for the new GS.

I had a local seat maker rebuild my stock seat ($90)prior to cross country...

My guess is that you don't have a 1995 1150 GS.The first 1150 GS was made in September of 1999.

The brakes recycle at start up and the red lights typically extinguish who you drive off.

Last time I was there(Tucson) he would install the tires at his shop,but he would not take off and put on the wheels. You could use his space&tools but I had to pull the wheels.

I've had all 3 of the Oilhead GS.Total of 250K(+/-) on the 3 of them.150K on the 1100,80K on the 1150 and only 10K on the 1200GS so far.I've done cross country and big mileage days on them all.
