This worked on my 2009 Te-610. I used the fork saver tool (thin plastic piece with "hook"). I had leaks on both forks - now dry as a bone!

I'm not sure a fresh battery is enough to make me feel good 120 miles from anywhere and battling rocky boulder fields with tons of starts and stops. Why not have a kick starter?

Thanks, saw a similar thread on ThumperTalk - that sucks. It has me thinking about moving to a KTM or similar with kick starter. Low miles 525 EXC would be top choice... A lighter bike wouldn't hurt...

Success! I was careful this time to only rotate the irons up to 90deg, and also used clamps to compress the tire into the center of the rim opposite the area where the bead finished getting inserted....
