Bypassing the ABS unit should be easy enough. The master cylinders are the same bore diameter.

The master cylinders feel 'less powerful' when the ABS servo unit is non-functional, or if the ignition key is off. This is caused by internal valving of the ABS servo control unit.

Both the Servo and the Non-Servo ABS units have 4 hydraulic lines running to them. Input/output front, and input/output rear. That's it.

The bypass method will work for either the servo or non-servo ABS. And on either the 1100/1150 or the 1200. With either ABS system, and on all the bike models, the brake fittings are in similar locations.

Bypassing the hydraulic lines is a straightforward process. Like Guzzler says, flared fittings and some hard brake line.
