Military would be who I would be most concerned about. People, eh, people are people. The more out of the 'loop' they are, the more friendly they are.
It's when we think like our governments, that we don't want to help 'certain' people.
The thing to remember is that it is governments that foment distrust and hatred, not people. A prime example is what you read about Iran these days...and what Iranians are spoon fed by their govt. The average Iranian is no more nor less human than anyone else.
