I purchased a Garmin 450 from Sams Club a couple years ago. It was a return, which ment I couldn't bring it back for a refund. It worked perfect until I screwed it up trying to put music on it. Called Garmin, customer service. They talked me through the process of wipping it out and reloading the updated maps. They were very patient and easy to understand while talking me through the process. Good Company! They have my business.
