I think the video below is the one you are talking about. Towards the 7 min mark the guy says that they are currently meeting Euro 3, they will meet Euro 4 and if they want to, they could meet Euro 5 as well on both 2/4-strokes. They will continue to innovate and are already working on "alternatives to carbs for fueling".
