Not at all. The only hard part is finding one of the points cannisters. You'll need to switch to a 3 ohm coil. Tear out your entire existing ignition: coil, beancan and ICU. Run the hot lead supplying power to your old coil to your new coil then run another wire off the coil to the single terminal on the condensor on the outside of the points can. That's it.
