When contacted, they say their shipping cost to Canada is actually more like 115 pounds - even with regular post - so they're absorbing some cost either way.

US is still $40. then again they do have some odd pricing structures... The stainless is 145, black powder coated is 155, Titanium is 195 (GBP that is...). But if you get the carbon cap on the oval ones it is 50 pounds for the stainless or titanium, but then 100 pounds if you order the black powder coated one.
Why would it be double for an end cap on a black powder coated pipe?
