To truly appreciate what is going on, I suggest that while you watch the video, you jump rope during the smooth sections, when you get to a DRY turn do squats, on muddy sections (but not bad enough to eat a motorcycle) do squat-thrusts (you know where you squat down, put your hands on the floor and shoot your feet out behind you and then pop them back under yourself and stand up), and when "Sir Brakes" comes to a stop, as in stuck or falls over, do push ups with your feet elevated, until he gets moving again (I nor the people standing on the hill beside the course give a rats rearend if you can't do that many push ups, DO'EM ANYWAY YOU SISSY!!!!)...Okay, now on the second lap we're gonna strap on the ankle weights and lay a 25 pound of dog food across the tank...

Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong "Sir Brakes"
