+1. I just spent the past two days riding the F800GS offroad. No jumps, but pretty much everything else (riding over rocks at speed, crashing it, bottoming suspension, etc.) and had no problems. None of the other lads on 800s had wheel problems either.
I like my bike because I can overtake 4x4s down farm tracks with a week's worth of shopping on the back.
