Well the "Donor" bike has given up the parts and will now serve as a mockup for the expansion chamber fabricator.
Some of the progress... No need for base gasket, right??

Water had been in the bottomend for awhile!!

The empty cases, cylinder and head are placed back in the donor frame. Going to the pipe builder next month.
This will make the pipe fit right

Forks are the next job... There was at least 2 ounces of water in each side!

Cleaned and waiting for new seals.

Once the new piston ring arrives Monday and I make sure that it "IS" the right one, the cylinder will be off to Wisconsin for chrome bore repair/replating.
