I think, as is always the case with these things, it depends on the management of the charity. Sure, some charities are poorly run and corrupt, but it doesn't seem like Riders for Health is one of them. Randy Mamola, Barry Coleman and his wife are heavily involved and it wouldn't have lasted this long if it was crap. Sp!ke can probably enlighten further.
