What you read on the powerfrkusa site are the findings and words of someone within that organisation based on any dyno testing they have done.

There is a difference in the cam timing between the GS/R and the RS/RT/S engines and the GS/R engines have a lower torque peak so that the amount of rpm change is less and the S/RS/RT engines have a higher torque peak and the cam timing change lowers the torque peak more rpms.

I hope this helps you understand the difference.

I developed these sprockets in 2000 and have sold over 200 sets to date.
