Hey Guys,
Hope everyone had a great weekend!
Thanks so much for stopping by...and sorry to make you wait again.
I know there are some comments that need addressing/acknowledging, but I'll do that tomorrow if that's okay...
I have to catch up on some ride reports, too!
(hi LB - yes, OMG - I want some fainting goats! they are SO CUTE! )
So, BigWan and I really enjoyed our ride.
Really enjoyed it.

Days 6, 7, and 8 of the Pacific Crest Quest.
(I keep linking to that report, I really need to read it again)
903 miles
700+ photos
3 nights of camping
4 days of no bathing
2 get offs (silly ones)
NO ATGATT hiking

a log smashed my foot
and we did this to our front rim:

It was AWESOME!
Seriously. It was so fun, neither one of us wanted to go home.
BigWan is going to try and combine our PCQ tracks from July, with our tracks from this weekend,
to come up with an updated gpx file for anyone who wants to do this section with fewer headaches.
Once I finish the CDT and the TAT parts of this report, I’ll have a brief addendum with our limited PCQ experience, sans snow.
If you are planning to do those days (6,7,8) soon, shoot me a PM and I’ll try and tell you where we ran into problems.
I know I need to get on track with the report, but, since we’ve been lacking in good riding content...
here’s a little video I shot at Gold Lake.
It’s kind of rough and bouncy, but that’s how it goes with handheld stuff.
Woo hoo! We had such good riding. sigh.
So, I’ll be back tomorrow with the start of the CDT!
Oh, and did I mention - thanks for reading?
And, thanks for your patience!

LittleWan
