I seen some pics of a set someone made from old milatary ammo cans with the lids that had the big latch on the end, I'm think'n good idea. (but not for long)

Just outta curiosity I looked at a set of them at a army surplus store, man are they heavy, dont know what a set of "store bought" aluminum side cases would weigh but surely they aint as heavy as the ammo boxes.
