Took a few hours but still, happy with the result. 1/4 of a kilo.
I have 3 8mm bolt holes to attach the fairing/headlight/instrument side plates/mounts and another 4 8mm holes for hex bolts that will bolt to a curved plate inside the headtube similar to the attached pic
