Buchanan's has an "ala carte" price list.
In my case, I had a rim with a wobble in it, so they straightened it.
Old Akronts are getting harder to come by these days.
Depending on what spoke/nipple combination you choose, prices vary.
My work was done and returned to me for $175.
I had double gauge stainless spokes and nipples made for the spool.
The wheel was loose laced after the spokes were fabbed and the rim was straightened.
I tightened the spokes and trued the wheel when I got it back.
Very pleased with the work and turn around time was very reasonable.
I UPS'd it to them on Oct 25 and got it back on Nov 10
