Their tools are so nice you'll be looking for things just for the joy of wrenching and torquen'. The investment is worthwile. And, it will be a small investment as you'll likely need two to cover the ranges you mentioned. Give e-bay a shot; there's a fair amount of Snap On torque wrenches there for sale.
