Regarding sizing on these there has been some erroneous debate. If you take an accurate measurement, you should go right with the size chart. If you are squarely in between, go up.
The key is the accurate sizing of the largest circumference of your head at or above your eyebrows. If you fit a Shoei the shape should work for you.
The Large will fit you. It will be very snug. It will break in.
You can't do quiet without snug.
