OK ... so let the bleeding begin.
It was time to see what was needed and what needed repair. Since I had an 83 R80 parts bike I was able to get things like covers, airbox ... and transmission. The drive shaft was super notchy ... I located one in West Georgia for $80. Drove out there on 1/30 to get it.
So we need to get some of the parts out in other peoples hands in order to finance the rest of this ...
So ... here we go. I think we should invite others over to enjoy it.

The existing clutch was stuck ... I had a clutch from the 83 R80 ... and it looked great ... so we went ahead and did the install:
Now ... I really need advice on taking apart a drive shaft. David Woodburn in West Ga gave me an overview ... so ... Looks like I'm going to have to make a couple of tools!
PS - Anyone need a Monolever RT faring?
