Yes....... The key is to use Carbon Fiber...no Kevlar...... Then use epoxy like this....

Ethanol is the killer here....not the gasoline...... Make sure the entire inside is coated with resin....so no ethanol/gas escapes and de-gasses the matrix..... Other than that....easy....
