Here's the information for the lines using the Spiegler ‘s web sites ordering information. I chose Spiegler lines because of the style of thier banjo fittings which allow you to rotate them on the line to ensure the correct positioning.
The two lines from the tee down to the calipers will be the motocross-line style.
F1 = fitting type 000 for the caliper end
F2 = fitting type 004 to connect to the tee
Length A = 48" (1220mm)
Distance L1 = 13" (330mm)
Length U = 17" (430mm)
I changed the number for the protective sleeve for this as I would do if i were making mine again. I secured the lines in the clamp blocks at the fork protectors by clamping the line itself. To do it again, I'd clamp to the protector sleeve instead as is done in many other bikes. Though I have seen it done both ways, in retrospect, I like the way it looks clamped to the sleeve better. If you want to go with clamping the line, use 15" for L1, and 15" for U.
From the ABS return line to the tee is a standard line.
F1 = fitting type 000 connects to the tee
F2 = fitting type 004 connects at the steering head
Length A = 16" (400mm)
From the M/C to the ABS supply line is a standard line. I found that the 90 degree fitting at the steering head end caused the line to catch on the other lines as the forks were turned. With this new line, it clears fine.
F1 = fitting type 022
F2 = fitting type 022
Length A = 14" (380mm)
You will also need a three way manifold (tee) and four banjo bolts (M10 x 1.0) and new washers for all the lines.
