RR, while the frame is really beefy, the forks are pretty spaghetti like. Also, I think my rear shock is weak, so looking for a replacement. Wiburs makes one, about $400 though. Maybe still worth it if it improves the handling. Ride cannot compare to my long-legged Ulysses, but not bad. Wallows a bit on undulating sweepers, again, maybe the rear shock. I plan on looking for a fork brace, with a new rear shock, should be pretty good. Some on the forum have raised the forks with good results as steering is pretty slow, but fairly stable at freeway speeds. Feels most comfortable at indicated 70 mph. Engine vibs are lowest just above 5K for my bike anyway. I did change my c/s to a 16t though, so 5K would probably be closer to indicated 60-65(?). Lost a little lowend with the change, not any different than when I changed it on the Wee-strom though.
