One added aspect I didn't see mentioned.
When I disassembled my TB's I made sure to match the butterfly plate to the bore. This of course required that the throttle stop screw be 'changed' which leads to a whole nuther level of complication in terms of getting back to the stock setting. So this step may not be worth the extra hassle for most folks.
But if the stop screw has been messed with, then do make sure you tweak the placement of the butterfly plate in the bore. Granted it's not a huge deal but it can affect the wear of the plate on the bore and will help close up the differences between the 2 sides wrt matching their idle settings.
