im gonna assume its the same as the e-models. you have to replace the left side foot peg mount. buy one from a '04 SXC, then you can instal what ever you want. unfortunately it's not cheap, especially when you add in the foot pegs, but i LUV my fastways.....
you can see the size diff between those and the rally pegs. the rally pegs are bigger than the stock pegs.
