I have not personally heard of any failures either.

I had to return the original wheel. I did get new bearings, seals, and a new tube courtesy of BMW. New bearings and seals were already in the new wheel.

The good thing is, your damn motor can't read. If it says oil on the container, it's pretty much OK to dump in there.... ED.
